Account & Data Requests
Rebound does not use accounts
There is no sign-up, sign-in, or user account in Rebound, so there is no server-side account record for us to look up, export, or delete. Your blocking rules, activity history, and journal entries are stored locally on your iPhone, where we cannot access them.
Deleting your data
Deleting the Rebound app from your iPhone deletes the data the app stored on the device. If your own device backups (such as iCloud Backup) include app data, copies may persist in those backups under your control.
A small amount of anonymous subscription and paywall data is held by our service providers under a random identifier, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you would like us to ask those providers to delete it, email us and include, if possible, the approximate date you first used Rebound so we can help locate the anonymous record.
