Frequently asked questions
How do I restore purchases?
If you already subscribed but Rebound shows as locked, tap "Restore Purchases" on the unlock screen (it appears when the app cannot find an active subscription). Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If restoring does not work, email us at support@reboundfocus.com.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Rebound. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Rebound. You can also use the direct link below. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why is a blocked app still accessible?
The usual causes: Screen Time permission was revoked or not granted (check Settings, Screen Time), the block rule is paused or its schedule window is not currently active, or you granted yourself a timed unlock that has not expired yet. If none of those apply, restarting the iPhone re-arms Apple's blocking framework in most cases.
How do I change my blocking schedule?
Open the Block tab, tap the rule you want to change, and edit its days and times. Note that rules in an active Hard Mode window are locked by design and can be edited only after the window ends.
